John Pepper
March 21 2016

A man who managed to reverse many of the symptoms of Parkinson's Disease is to give a speech in New Plymouth this week.
John Pepper developed a technique of conscious movement which, combined with a walking program, proved so successful he was for a time denounced as a fraud by the medical establishment.
His story later became the subject of a best-selling book.
Pepper is currently on an 11-date tour of New Zealand, which will bring him to St James Church, 24 – 6 Lawry St, Moturoa, on Wednesday, March 23 from 10.30am to midday.
"In New Plymouth the local Parkinson's Society is helping host John Pepper. Interest is also coming from physiotherapists and doctors," national coordinator, Fergus Wheeler, said.

"John Pepper shows patients how they can help themselves – but stay with the support of their doctors and specialists – that's the mix we're looking
for.
