The Massachusetts Chapter of the American Parkinson Disease Association will hold the 30th annual thee-mile Massachusetts Chapter Parkinson Walkathon at noon June 5 at the Reebok International Headquarters’ track, 1895 J.W. Foster Blvd., Canton. Registration starts at 11 a.m.
Reebok policy requests no pets at the event unless they are service dogs.
KISS 108 FM’s radio staff will be there to lead the festive atmosphere.
Proceeds will benefit Parkinson’s Disease research approved by the American Parkinson Disease Association Scientific Advisory Board and patient programs. Last year, more than 2,000 people participated in the Walkathon and the event raised more than $145,000.
