The Four State Alliance for Parkinson’s Support, spearheaded by the Hagerstown Parkinson’s Support Group and the Friends in Frederick Parkinson’s Disease Support Group, announces The 2019 Parkinson’s Disease Community Seminar: An Educational Program for the Community, on Friday, April 12, 2019.
This event is sponsored by the Four State Alliance for Parkinson’s Support and the Otterbein United Methodist Church in Hagerstown. The goal is to expose people associated with Parkinson’s disease in the four-state area to some of the top experts in the field and to many of the services available to them.
Early registration runs through Friday, March 29, and costs $10 per person; $15 after March 29. To register, call 240-625-2722; or email to 4Parkinsons@gmail.com. Registration fee includes lunch. Checks should be made payable to Hagerstown Parkinson’s Support
