In the Ring

Sherri Woodbridge is a boxer at Rock Steady Boxing Higs Gym in Central Point, OR who was misdiagnosed with Lupus at the age of 32, correctly diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease at age 44, and recently started attending Rock Steady Boxing classes about four months ago.
Sherri frequently writes a column about her Parkinson’s journey for Parkinson’s News Today, and recently wrote an article titled: “Don’t Settle for Feeling Good When You Can Feel Great,”where she describes how she was reluctant to go to a RSB class, but soon discovered how good it can make you feel!
“I was reluctant to go, mostly because I am an introvert. (Yes, I really am.) I have to push myself to get myself out there. And so I did. I pushed myself to check it out months ago and am still going.”

You can follow along on Sherri’s Parkinson’s journey through her Parkinson’s News Today columns.
