‘A Journey Through Parkinson’s Disease’ offered in Fort Madison

FORT MADISON — Registrations are being taken for “A Journey Through Parkinson’s Disease,” a three-part educational series in Fort Madison.
The Kensington Evergreen Senior Living Communities, Lee County Extension, along with Iowa State’s Department of Kinesiology, and Human Sciences Extension and Outreach are sponsoring the series beginning July 23.
Dawn Dunnegan, a human sciences specialist in Southeast Iowa, will teach the 45-minute classes, to include interactive lessons, discussions, and activities.
Lunch and learn sessions are scheduled for noon to 1 p.m. July 23, Aug. 27 and Sept. 24 at The Kensington, 2210 Avenue H, Fort Madison. The program is free and a light lunch is provided.
