Inaugural Cape Cod Parkinson's Optimism Walk

September 29th at Barnstable High School



The Inaugural APDA Cape Cod Optimism Walk for Parkinson’s disease will take place on Sunday, September 29, 2019, at Barnstable High School Track and Field in Hyannis, MA. Registration begins at 11:00 AM and is free for all participants. The Optimism Walk is a fundraising event that offers a short walk of up to 3 miles (distance is optional) and other family-friendly activities. People with PD, their friends, family, coworkers and care partners will step up and help put an end to Parkinson’s disease. The Parkinson Support Network of Cape Cod will host APDA MA Walk and would like to thank Bayada and Pavilion Rehabilitation and Nursing Center for their efforts in supporting this walk, as well as Diamond Sponsor Income Research and Management for their generous local support. Corporate partners Acadia Pharmaceuticals, Adamas Pharmaceuticals, Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Lundbeck and Sunovian Pharmaceuticals have joined as National Sponsors of the Optimism Walk 2019 event series as well.
