Several clinical trials are testing new ways to manage Parkinson's symptoms -- from anxiety to constipation to dementia -- but they need volunteers to help assess the safety and efficacy of these treatments.

What: Testing the anti-anxiety drug buspirone for its safety and efficacy in people with Parkinson's disease
Who: People with Parkinson's disease and significant anxiety
Where: University of Rochester, New York
What: Evaluating a compound to treat memory and thinking changes -- such as difficulty concentrating or decision-making -- that interfere with daily activities and quality of life
Who: People with Parkinson's for at least two years who experience memory or thinking changes that interfere with daily activities and who have a care partner who can attend appointments with them

What: Evaluating a strengthening program and sensorimotor treatment to improve swallowing and coughing to help keep the airway clear and avoid serious infection
Who: People with Parkinson's who have difficulty swallowing

What: Testing a new drug compound to treat constipation and slow stomach emptying associated with Parkinson's disease
Who: People with early to moderate-stage Parkinson's disease with constipation; participants may be on Parkinson's medication or have had deep brain stimulation
Where: Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond
What: Studying a new drug to treat hallucinations and delusions with Parkinson's disease
Who: People over age 55 with Parkinson's psychosis who have a care partner who can attend appointments with them

My husband was diagnosed with early onset Parkinson's disease at 57.his symptoms were shuffling of feet,slurred speech, low volume speech, degradation of hand writing, horrible driving skills, right arm held at 45 degree angle, things were tough for me, but now he finally free from the disease with the help of total cure ultimate health home, he now walks properly and all symptoms has reversed, he had trouble with balance especially at night, getting into the shower and exiting it is difficult,getting into bed is also another thing he finds impossible.we had to find a better solution for his condition which has really helped him a lot,the biggest helped we had was ultimatehealthhome they walked us through the proper steps,am highly recommended this ultimatehealthhome@gmail.com to anyone who needs help.
