She was the first woman attorney general and nearly won the Democratic primary for governor. She drove all over the state in her little red truck and showed the world that Parkinson's does not have to define you. She was the first patient at the Parkinson's Foundation Center of Excellence at the University of Florida and she was a champion for the interdisciplinary care concept."
