I am not responsible for it's contents. I am just a copier of information searched on the computer. Please understand the copies are just that, copies and at times, I am unable to enlarge the wording or keep it uniformed as I wish.

This is for you to read and to always keep an open mind.

Never do anything without talking to your doctor. I do not make any money from this website. I volunteer my time to help all of us to be informed. I will not accept any information about Herbal treatments curing Parkinson's, dementia and etc. It will go into Spam.

A family business is hosting a charity ball to support people with Parkinson’s. Domiciliary care provider Clarriots Care, based in Bamber Bridge, is hosting a Glitz and Glam Ball at the Best Western Leyland Hotel on April 8. All money raised will go towards Parkinson’s UK.

The event includes a three-course meal and a DJ, plus a red carpet entrance with champagne and photos on arrival. James Richardson, business development manager, said: “One of our family members has Parkinson’s and so it is a cause close to our hearts. “In October 2013 we hosted a similar charity event to launch our business, and we managed to raise more than £2,000 for Parkinson’s UK.

“This time around, we want it to be bigger and better, and raise as much as possible for a great charity. “Everyone is welcome to attend. It will be a great laugh and we have lots of entertainment, fun and games.

Tickets are £30 and can be bought by calling James on 01772 627049.
